Joining the trend of night mode functions that filter out blue light emitted by screens that keep us awake, Microsoft allows Windows 10 users to activate night mode so they can look at bedtime.
This is supposed to help your eyes relax when you work in the twilight or a dark environment, making it easier to fall asleep later on.
Activating on Windows 10
The button is in the Windows Settings in the lower right corner of the desktop screen, then “System” and “Display”.
Here you can activate the function by clicking on “Nightlight” or adjust the color temperature by moving around the slider in “Nightlight settings”.
