What is Fortnite?
Fortnite for android is what would happen if you combined two of the most addictive games that exist: Minecraft and PUBG.
Fortnite for android offers a free Battle Royale game mode for 100-player Vs Player (PvP) players. Like PUBG, they drop you on the big island map and you must arm yourself and survive your competition. But at Fortnite, you always start armed with a pick that can be used as a melee weapon or to harvest raw supplies to build walls, ramps and shelters.
It certainly adds additional layers of strategy to the format, essentially creating a perfect storm of addictive game action that is as fun to watch as it is to play. Oh, speaking of storms, all the action takes place in the eye of a deadly electrical storm, which means that you can not just hide and hide the whole game. You have to keep moving.
How do you play fortnite?
Like PUBG, your goal is to be the last man standing, with up to 100 players involved in each game, it’s not an easy task.
Each game starts with the players jumping from the “Battle Bus” flying and parachuting over a giant island. Once you land, you must loot nearby buildings in search of objects, weapons and ammunition to defend yourself and attack other players.
You must also monitor the map since every few minutes the storm closes in the play area. If you get caught in the storm, you die slowly, so you do not want to forget to check regularly where you are on the map. Eventually, the play contracts in a small area for the showdown between the remaining players. There can only be one winner!
Unlike PUBG, you can carry more than two pistols. Instead, you are limited to the number of weapons and items you can carry at a time. Also, firearms are colour coded to indicate their rarity: from grey (common) to orange (legendary), and the rarer the weapon, the more deadly it is.
Then there is the elaboration element. Each player starts with a pick that can be used as a melee weapon or used to knock down trees and buildings to harvest raw resources. You can then use these raw resources to build your structures, be it a defensive wall to protect yourself from an advancing enemy, a set of stairs to reach the second floor of a building or your watchtower to attack players from the whole map. The resources you measure will determine the strength. Steel is stronger than brick, which is stronger than wood.
When will fortnite for Android be available?
Fortnite has been available for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for a few months, and has now been released smoothly on iOS as a beta-only invitation.
There have been no fixed dates set for fortnite for android, but they have said they expect support for Android in the coming months. I suppose they are waiting to see how they are implemented and implemented on iOS devices before opening the game to Android users. Until then, at least we have PUBG to help us.
Will it be free to play?
Epic Games has released the PvP Battle Royale game for free on all platforms, including the mobile version for iOS. The console version also has a paid game mode called Save The World which is Player vs Environment (PvE). Save the World is more like Minecraft, where you are reaping more resources and accumulating loot to survive the waves of AI enemies in a kind of game style defence.
The PvE mode will not be available in Fortnite Mobile for iOS and, frankly, it’s the PvP mode that everyone is crazy about, so it’s great with us.
However, the iOS version offers in-app purchases of cosmetic items to personalize your player and people who have surely been buying things. According to this report from Sensor Tower’s analytics, Fortnite Mobile players spent more than $ 1 million during the first 72 hours of its launch on iOS. Wow.
So, to answer the question, you have the option to spend money on Fortnite if you want an attractive character, but the game is free and you will not have to pay to win.
Will there be support for Bluetooth controls?
Epic Games has indicated that compatibility with Bluetooth driver.
Is it cross-platform?
Epic Games has indicated that you can play Fortnite on all platforms. Your Fortnite profile can be connected to all the platforms on which you play so you can add to your stats how you connect to the game.
Do not worry about it not matching up as the only mobile player on a PC server and consoles players. If you play alone on a mobile device, you will only compare it with other mobile devices. If you join a squad with friends who play on another platform, then that squadron will be compared to a multiplatform population, essentially making the multiplatform game option opt-in.
Are you hyped by Fortnite?
We will make sure to let you know when the fortnite for android game will be launched. Until then, you can create your Epic Games account and start playing on one of the other platforms to start managing the game.
