Download Sea Of Thieves Patch 1.0.1 For PC

In the last hours, at the end of the maintenance work on the servers, Rare released Patch 1.01 for Sea of Thieves, which aims to improve the stability and quality of the gaming experience.

To be precise, this is not a simple update, since all the client of the game has been replaced. Then, users will have to download up to 19.53 GB of data, depending on the platform in which they play.

Xbox One: 9.99GB
Xbox One X: 18.97GB
Windows 10: 19.53GB

Technically, Rare could have worked on optimizing the size and releasing a smaller patch, but this would have caused a significant delay in publishing. The team preferred that the improvements be available as soon as possible. This will not be repeated in the future since the next update will be much smaller.

The update resolved, among other things, the following problems:

1. Objects and weapons are missing at the beginning of the game.
2. Black Dog pack items are absent (for those who have already ordered the game)
3. Performance issues in the Xbox One X version.

For more information, we recommend that you check the official change register at this address. In the coming days, Rare will continue working to improve Sea of Thieves to solve the other problems reported by the players, such as the details of the characters that disappear (eye colour, beard, etc.) and the lack of information. of the assignment of the Achievements.

The latter, in particular, has been temporarily deactivated and its reactivation is scheduled for the end of the week. Finally, we note that developers have rejected the idea of introducing a death tax.
